Authors participating ICTMA20 virtual conference (ViCo) can upload up to three additional documents for an already accepted contribution via ConfTool (> "Manage contributions"), until 30th of August 10th of September 2022 (11:59 pm CEST). The size limit for each file is 200 MB max.
The presentations can be submitted as:
- Slide set
- Slide set with spoken text (if necessary also with video e.g. Office 365)
- Audio file
- Images
- Text
- or as video (single presentation max. 20 minutes, otherwise max. 10 minutes)
The following file formats are permitted: pps, ppsx, wav, mp3, png, jpg, pdf, mpg, mp4, mpeg.
